Funny, they missed "Read Message History" from the permission, that's the most important one imo. It doesn't work like Slack so the minute you log off or otherwise end your session, you lose access to all the chat messages you just saw.
Or maybe it's a premonition of that permission getting scrapped because it's the most stupid implementation of read message history that I've ever seen
