It's hard now. I just need a pair of wired earbuds (not IEM's! I don't want to carry those around with me for washing dishes :p)

I bought a pair of what I thought were urBeats 3 on eBay which turned out to be counterfeit. Upon further research, those are quite rare to find brand new anyway, so that's a bust.

I'm easily impressed. I'll freely admit that. I just need something that'll get the job done, but not sound like crap while their at it

Lol i was about to recommend these KZ ZSR earbuds i got a while back! But then i looked up what IEMs are….

Sorry i can’t be of much help! Fwiw, the KZ ZSRs arent like, prohibitively expensive, so i never worry about em when im doing dishes myself :) but they are just….bulkier and different than traditional earbuds.

Im more of an on-ear kinda person, so i havent been using too many kinds of in-ears, and the in-ears i have tried have kinda sucked. I did used to use in-ears more like, 10 years ago but I’m sure the landscape of in-ears has changed since.

Back in the day, i used to lose mine a lot so i bought cheap. Jlab would have sales quite often so i usually snagged a few pairs of whatever they had then. If i bought in-store, I’d buy….gummies? I think by JVC. Both Jlab and JVC seemed decent, with Jlab being preferred for sure. But they were also just cheap and easy to replace so that played a big part in it, lol.

Good luck on your headphone quest!
