Sent off the email I've been dreading sending all day! Cheers indeed. Time for that nice falafel bake thing I treat myself to sometimes. Bit cold out there.
Cheers. It is a bit cold tonight. What is a falafel bake? Pics if possible please.
It's one of my favourite premade meals from fairfeed, I had excavated one from the freezer to defrost and it's going in the oven soon. Imagine the most delicious crumbled felafel topping over a mouthwatering medley of perfectly roasted veg with the sexiest garlic sauce stirred through. It's an orgasm in your mouth. I think I've shared it before. I might take a picture after it's done and I cut through it.
This is how they've described it: "Enjoy delicious caramelised roast beetroot, pumpkin, cauliflower and pickled red onion in smoky, sweet eggplant Habibi sauce, all topped with crunchy Felafel crumbs. Our Habibi sauce is a smooth baba ganoush like sauce. Think sweet, smokey, garlicky with a hint of pomegranate molasses and a whole lot of flavour. " I did not even know there was eggplant in the sauce, that explains why it's so amazing.
That does sound amazing. I think they have made up the name "habibi sauce" though. Please take a pic. Very interesting.
It doesn't look great in the photo but tastes like heaven to me.

Ooo wow. Tahini sauce drizzled on the top would go wicked with that.

I really need a drink to drown my sorrows but I lack bottles of anything.
Cheers buddy. I hope things get better for you next week.
Thanks. I just had a fight as well though it was it my fault for blaming all my problems on them.
