I mean... It's not high art, it's just effective at being stupid and fun. It's not really trying to be traditionally "good" and I think that's why people liked it.

After however many movies Thor finally finds his element…like literally. Other than that yeah…it’s just typical Marvel one liners.

I feel like it also put heavy emphasis on being fun first compared to previous films, but yeah it's still the same Marvel style of humor.
