You can put any meaning you want into the situation. But some people are making profits and you're making excuses.

Defrauding the government for things you cannot possibly provide isn't really showing your companies quality. Apple actually makes things people use and makes a ton of money doing it. Elon makes bad cars and spaceships that blow up a LOT. Neither of these is actually profitable without welfare. He is good at high stakes welfare fraud whilst Apple is good at actually earning money.
