I always feel like I'm behind enemy lines because i work with a bunch of fuckin bigots.

I lit them up once in one of those anonymous surveys. Yeah, a rep followed up with me afterward. lmao
But I'll fuckin do it again, too.

When my colleagues are being bigots, I try to tell them some personal experience, because that's what they respond best to. Sadly, they often conclude that I'm one of the good ones and their bigotry is generally valid. I just hope that with enough examples of "good ones" in their mind, they'll remember one without me having to push back.
