I find anyone who smokes instantly ugly, zero chance I would want to be with them sexually after that point, so yes it does. Also ages you like all hell
might make them subjectively ugly, but that’s just your association with it… and no it doesn’t
Also, sorry to spam, but it really does age you faster then not smoking in every front, and I think this is some good starter reading for anyone who smokes, always better to know what you are ingesting IMHO

Most people talk about outward beauty. That is were this discussion is based on. Not really an argumentargument. Does chewing gum make anyone ugly? You can argue ugly based on the inside and/or outside. Take a gorgeous person, you'd be over your head about. It turns out they smoke, and suddenly they're ugly? I don't get it
Yeah, could give me, whoever is considered the most attractive human alive ATM, they smoke, and yeah that is not an attractive human any longer for me.
