My favourite bit is this one from a different episode:

Fry: What's the matter compressor?

Professor Farnsworth: Nothing's the matter, Fry, now that I've turbo-charged the matter compressor.

I've been quoting Farnsworth's "I don't want to live on this planet anymore" a lot lately.

I’m partial to the joke in this episode:

[Plunging the ship deep into the ocean]

“How many atmospheres of pressure can the ship take?”

“Well it’s a space ship, so somewhere between zero and one.”

One of my favorites was from Bender: "Oh, but you can, but you might have to 'metaphorically' make a deal with the 'devil'. And by 'devil', I mean Robot Devil, and by 'metaphorically', I mean get your coat."

I always think back to this one:

Leela: "that guy's turning this place into some sort of 'business'"

Professor: "this isn't a business, I've always thought of it more as a source of cheap labor ... like a family"

I don't know why I like it so much. I could see the punchline coming but how the exchange got there makes me smile every time.
