That's the dumbest thing I've heard so far to get banned for.
Well yeah. It's openly critical of the sexual function of people who have had those proceedures. The trans community as a whole are often depicted as mutilated and less functional by transphobes or people who want to devalue them as valid romantic options. Since access to those medical services are actively under fire that critique isn't value neutral and it isn't in the context of what unaltered sexual function is like for people with dysphoria whom often register a marked improvement in overall function from getting over the mental blocks.
The people I know who have had surgeries have been quite happy with the outcome. While it's true the surgery options regarding bottom surgery for trans men require one to make some decisions about what functions to focus on, framing them as ugly and "barely functional" is insulting. Think about what it would be like to hear someone else critique the choices you've made that have improved your life experiences in a way that frames you as deficient and devalued.
Edit : During this comment chain this guy has self identified as a cis man - so to summerize, this is a random guy saying a set of surgeries and care plan created to address body issues he does not experience is not something he would choose because they are subpar. Yup. Real valid opinion right there. Totally not a smokescreen for anything nasty. /s

The framing as it being a personal choice not to pursue those options are the thinnest veneer of setting yourself up for this reaction to be shocked and appalled that someone would call you out. Even if you were trans yourself framing it the way you did before would register as you being an ass to other people in your community.

People who undergo affirmation surgery are told all those facts before hand. This person doesn't know the process.
I have a trans Best friend and asked if they just wanted to live as a gay man BECAUSE of the above facts. Thier response was " I want to live as a woman." Living a certain way is more important to some then others.

I think arguing about medical techniques is boring, so let's talk about empathy. You said you wouldn't get the surgery if you were so inclined. I don't think you've bothered to understand what being so inclined means. I don't think you've considered being so triggered by a part of your body that you'd rather die than keep it. That's what the situation is for a lot of trans people. I don't think you've thought about that. I think you've imagined transition as a nice-to-have, instead of lifesaving medical care. You should do more to understand the feelings of trans people who seek surgery.

The regret rate is 1%. In the context of major surgery, that's a miracle. You don't get that for hip replacements or heart transplants.

None of your business, frankly. Those are our genitals and we're human beings not medical curiosities.
Asking us to defend publicly that our genitals are "good enough" by deep diving into the details of how a very complex and advanced surgery is done is utterly dehumanizing behavior. Anyway, I've literally never had a man say he felt there was something off with my genitalia and that's including men who I never disclosed to & later asked me about pregnancy risks (implying they still believed I was cis). So this person is utterly misinformed and frankly speaking out of his ass.
Don't ask again. Be kind and respect people's privacy when the topic is about their genitalia. Thanks.
Maybe if you don't want to be judged for your views on trans people's feelings, you could not tell everyone what you think trans people feel.

I'd know that I don't know how trans people feel, and therefore I can't know how I'd feel if I were trans. I'd listen to how trans people feel, and assume that's how I'd feel if I were trans.
