Work Reform

A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.
Our Philosophies:
- All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
- Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.
- Workers must join together and fight back for what is rightfully theirs.
- We must not be divided and conquered. Workers gain the most when they focus on unifying issues.
Our Goals
- Higher wages for underpaid workers.
- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

I'm hoping some of the other nations will provide us a way to escape by accepting those of us that wish to leave. I fully intend to try to get my family out if the worst comes to pass. As a white man with a black wife and a biracial son, I'm frankly terrified of all the white supremacy normalization going on. I'm just not sure what countries would be willing to have us. I'm neither rich nor particularly talented, but I'm willing to learn and work.
Agreed. It's already starting with scientists that leave the us and come to Europe, and I hope we'll welcome more of you with open arms in the future. Unfortunately the anti immigrant sentiment is growing in Europe as well, so it's really unclear.
