Bad enough we're being ruled by fascists. Did they have to be stupid fascists, on top of that?
I don't think there's ever been smart ones... They constantly have to scapegoat someone lest the rabble finds out they're just pilfering the country and everything is collapsing.
Agreed, the man bankrupted a casino. How do you bankrupt a fucking casino?!
Easy. By intentionally bankrupting it through a Russian money laundering scheme and passing the debts on to your investors. And it's easy to get investors for a casino because the only way a casino doesn't make money is if you intentionally bankrupt it. QED.
It was my understanding that he genuinely bankrupted the casinos (because he's stupid and egotistical) and then Russians funded him?
Now that's something altogether different. I've heard it said before, but haven't seen any really detailed report about it. If true, I want to know more, is there any source to the allegations? It's plausible, absolutely, and if true would lend credence to accusations of Russian interference in the U.S. elections using Trump as an asset.
Again with the Russian something? Talk about scapegoating. Own it.
I'll give you that. He's an advanced level of stupid that I'm surprised he has any amount of influence at all...

I'd argue that a cretin is the best type of fascist to have as an opponent. Nobody really wants to square off against some Machiavellian genius if at all possible, right?
That repulsive orange dolt is so inept that I keep expecting to hear that he slipped and broke his skull on one of those golden toilets of his. Even his own allies don't really like him, this situation is like some kind of delirious stage farce with an antagonist who has no redeeming qualities. If shit hits the fan, he'll have already insulted or impugned every single person to whom he might have called on for aid, and they'll all want to out-maneuver him instead for all of the indignities and insults he's doled out.
Being stupid seems to be a prerequisite for fascists.
