I don't know when this started but I first noticed it with Ford's government coming in with ridiculously named bills and acts... and then I started noticing it everywhere across every government. When did this become a trend? When did simple, descriptive, objectively named legislation go out of style? Give me the yawn inducing Pension Benefits Act any day.
