What do you suggest? Because all your rhetoric is doomer bullshit. Feel paralyzed? Fine. Don't shit on other people trying to do something.
You can organize at home. You can volunteer. You yourself can get off your ass and do something.
If you're not comfortable doing that. That's fine. But please shut the fuck up. Nobody wants to hear how now that this might actually affect you it's so super scary now.
Some of us are trying to do something, anything to help our local communities.
It’s not doomer. It’s being a realist. Down the line, there may be something that can get us out of this- but it won’t be protests.
The man just fired the heads of our military. Do you think shouting at buildings is going to make them say-
“Awww. You know what? They’re right. Let’s be nice to everyone!”
Seriously- what do you think protesting will accomplish? The choir is powerless to stop the church. You know this right? So we’re past preaching to them now.
