Also these sex pests need to get their heads out of the gutter. How obsessed with other people junk do you have to be to start writing legislation around it?

You should read the article. The representative who proposed the bill is making a statement against pro-lifers.

Oh thanks for the heads up, I had it pegged as even more ridiculousness coming out of the states but this was actually an interesting read. I think my comment still stands but maybe more aligns with the thoughts of the rep raising this particular piece of legislation than applying to them.
