Etymological fallacy

I had never heard that other definition of lame until right now. it's extremely removed from it. but gay still meant and means homosexual

imo that only gives it the power to hurt people again

I've literally been called lame for being unable to walk after I cracked my pelvis. Just because the majority of the US has a 6th grade reading level doesn't mean words don't mean what they mean. Fallacy fallacy

😐 i can assure you i don't have a 6th grade reading level. i guess that "discussion" you mentioned is just hurling insults and being defensive. must've been an old ass person or something, im not the only one with this sentiment at all. not ever even hearing of it doesn't count for anything?

and in regards to your link... i did not imply that fallacy means you're automatically incorrect. it was a supporting argument backs with other points.
