I guess I don’t understand what keeps the police from just escalating to a level of violence beyond what activists can defend against in Europe and other places where these actions are successful.
Laws that demand violence to be used in proportion with the danger posed by the individual(s) and damage caused?
Proper checks and balances to enforce said laws?
Is that a thing in Spain? Sounds wonderful.
