For context: I’m a relatively good worker, and I do my best to stay on top of everything and I’m not talked to by management about mistakes or anything often. I’ve had problems with “Coach A” for almost the entirety of my time here. Coach A told me to do price changes in another section of the store that was not mine, and told me to do it for the row. I soon finished and left for my 15, and as I got off I went and resumed work in my department. He came and asked me about “Coach B”’s printer. He asked twice, I replied both times. The third time he asked I turned and said I’ll just go get it, and he yelled that he was talking to me. I turned around and asked him who he was yelling at because he should not be yelling at me, I told him to not treat me disrespectfully, and that I was going to go and give the printer back to coach b. I left, and did so, and Coach B asks if I finished price changes for the department, to which I replied no. I explained Coach A had only told me to do the row, and I did not know I had to do it for the rest of the items in the row. Coach B then explained that is what I needed to do, so I went immediately to do it. A few minutes later I was called into the back with Coach A and Coach B. Coach A asked me why I was not doing my job, and I explained to him that the reason I was angry is because I do not like people yelling, and it upset me, I explained I did not appreciate him making me feel stupid in front of customers because it was extremely unprofessional. I explained that Coach B had to tell me to do the section I was required to do because coach A did not effectively explain what I needed to do. Coach A then cut me off and asked for my badge, to which I replied he did not have any grounds to fire me, and that I was not going to give him my badge. I then walked out, and finished my immediate duties and clocked out. Was I in the wrong? Did my actions warrant termination?
