Just moved into our first home. The builders used grout where the tile meets the shower and few corners. Some of it has already started to crack and there's rust (or maybe bacteria?) build up in those cracks. I removed most of the grout but some just won't budge. How bad would it be if I just caulk over it?

I’m planning on buying a booster fan like smartcocoon. Should I call for an HVAC tech?

If you are looking for a high-performance, easy-to-operate, and affordable paint sprayer, I have no hesitation in recommending the TILSWALL 550W Electric Paint Sprayer.

Hello, I’m looking to pour a concrete patio in my back yard and it’s on a slope away from the house and from right to left. My understanding is I’ll need a retaining wall on 3 sides and then the house creating the fourth side. What I’m having a hard time understanding is how to avoid the retaining wall top being a tripping hazard at the bottom. If the retaining wall is flat, and I slope the concrete 1/8” per foot, at the end of my 16ft patio wouldn’t the retaining wall be 2” higher than the concrete? I can provide some rough cad drawings for what I am thinking if that helps but I imagine this isn’t an uncommon occurrence. Thanks in advance.
