Capitalizing nouns is an extremely simple rule with no exceptions that tells you what kind of word you are looking at at a glance. Compared to whatever the fuck the remainder of German grammar is, that rule is amazing.

What a load of shit. With Mongolia not arresting Putin you could argue that they're stuck between Russia and China and have no choice but to at least tolerate their neighbor. But I see no justification for not arresting Netanyahu in Germany.

Since no one mentioned these obvious mistakes yet: is your monitor cable plugged into your 7600XT, and not into the mainboard? Did you check your discrete and integrated GPU usages to make sure the programs are using the correct one?
