It looks like Tumblr at least has a way to opt-out of sharing with third-party services that use AI, but since this has been there it's unclear if it'll change with this new announcement.
It'd be super cool if we could connect article-hosting services with the power of activitypub or something but like one of those commenters mentioned, the issue would always be spam and security.
