Why do the British call it "redundancies". Seems like a weird way of saying we're laying people off
smallaubergine
But why? Gmail (and email in general) is, to me, for long form communication and professional communication. Emoji are the opposite of that
Man I recently met a beautiful Tanzanian woman who had an amazingly beautiful accent when she spoke English. It sounded regal and dignified. I had a huge crush. Kenyan accents are great too. I think we focus too much on western accents
I wish there were better alternatives. I really dislike what maps has become. It used to be streamlined. Now in most views i get so many POI listings (ads) on the map its cluttered and confusing. There's that weird bottom shelf thing that pops up that I have to swipe down... I tried using Here Maps but it once let me to a dead end thinking it was a road and it has this weird bug in navigation mode where it blurs half of display. I opened a ticket with them months ago and they never solved it.
I disagree. It's quite trivial to install a different home screen, keyboard app, etc. If you want a more Google experience out of the box, sure. But like 20 mins of customization on a Samsung can make it pretty similar. I really like how much customization you can do good lock.
So i think used to be a goodlock module but i guess now its in Settings > Sounds and Vibration > separate app sound. If you don't have it there you can get a goodlock module called "sound assistant". Separate app sound isn't super flexible but it at least lets you choose an app to go to a specific audio output device. Goodlock is available in the galaxy store and has a lot of modules for heavy customization of your galaxy device.
I really like both. This round I ended up going with Samsung. Yeah it's a little more bloated but there's just SO much more customization with good lock modules. I have an audio module that lets me choose a second audio destination. So for example I can be playing music through Bluetooth on my stereo system and then I have my system notifications set to the phone speaker so that they don't interrupt the music
Is the music the same?
You would sync them to your iPod like any other audio. You download the podcast, put it in your iTunes library and when you plugged in your iPod it would transfer everything over.
I'll just keep emulating them
Interesting! I see your point, appreciate it
