Sollte eine Schufa-Auskunft verlangt werden, handelt es sich um problematische Vermieter.

Verlangen die Vermieter Ausweis und Kontoauszuege, verlange ich selbiges. Macht die Suche etwas (sehr viel) schwerer, aber guter Lerneffekt fuer den ein oder anderen durchgepeitschten Rentner.

Vertraege mit Index- oder Staffelmiete solltest du generell ablehnen.
