Personally I am not familiar with it. I haven't ripped an ISO of Linux in ages. But it looks like it work for what the OP is looking for.

Started from a mini computer with 4gb ram and a USB nas. Barely supported 1 stream.

Now I have a rack mount server. Overjoyed when I actually use 40gb of the 256gb of ram.

Deployment is handled via gitea runners. Mirrored on a separate laptop in the fork of gitea. I get a notification when it completes.

Do differently? .... I do have my new server I just got with 384gb of ram. Just waiting for me to find out.

Webmin, cockpit,

I have too many servers. I have 6 servers and using 1. Is 256gb of ram enough?

Enjoy the smoke break.

Cron script to check X directory every 10 minutes. Wait 5 (in case it's still transferring a file). Handbrake cli hook transcode and move file. Send a notification when stated and done.

Nordvpn. Transmission for torrenting. They have a docker container that is transmission and openvpn in one container.

Glances, uptime-kuma, and back end script that reboots service if down. If it doesn't work I get a notification via gotify. Simple and sweet
