From what I've seen, Neymar has been the heart and soul of Brazil for a while now, sure, having him wouldn't solve every issue they currently have, but it'd definitely help them a lot.

On the other hand, I'm not sure what Carlo's hands off approach could offer them right now.

I mean currently, not historically. And it's not just the money, as shown by PSG you also have to be able to manage it well, and City excels at it.

Lots of these lads won't have a career by the time they are 30, not only the modern game is much more demanding but the amount of matches is absurd. Good luck going against it tho, money speaks.
