A missed opportunity for half flush & full flush nipples

I'm imagining them logging your call then saying 7 years from the last record. If they follow up internally a couple weeks later, when you call back 7 years later they can repeat the process.

I'm feeling cynical today.

What is it called when one company buys all the other ones & charges extortionate prices? Maybe with a sprinkle of selling lots of brands with the same crap inside?

I can only think of "late stage capitalism" but there must be a more technically correct name for it.
