Thanks for the feedback. I will keep working on it.

o/ hi everyone

haven't posted an update about mysu on here or reddit in a bit (back when i had a reddit account).

just wanted to let you guys know Mysu 0.4.6 is now available on the Mysu website, via I2P torrent, and via F-Droid (i will upload to Gitea repo soon)

Changelog:

  • Added support for editing address labels

  • Wallet sync progress bar is larger, now displays block heights

  • Wallet creation screen now has toggle to disable Monerochan

Additionally, the beta version of the app on F-Droid is now on 0.4.7.1, which has the following changes:

  • Transaction screen redesign. Now auto-updates as well.

  • Tx builder fee calculation fixes (thanks to Monero C++ bug fixes).

  • Wallet balance now displays immediately once synced, fixing a recent bug where it was delayed by a few seconds.

  • Better IPv6 address handling in node settings (still testing this.. so it may not work. let me know if you run into issues)

Regional pricing, last I checked on the Steamworks dashboard, is usually set by the developer themselves, and doesn't always mean it'll be cheaper in other regions. And sales are also set by the developer, even for Summer/Winter sales. The developer can choose to opt out.

He said his order eventually got fulfilled, and there's other people in those threads, including myself, that have used this site before and received valid keys. They just take a while to process the order sometimes.

I tried it out recently, but couldn't get it to use I2P-only, and I'm not sure if that's even an option. It always still made clearnet connections, exposing my IP address/VPN's IP address.

I've since made the move to BiglyBT. I2P integration is much better via the I2P Helper plugin.

It's an anonymizing network/mixnet like Tor, though more decentralized.

Yeah in some cases, and in other cases it's still just volunteers with really good lawyers.

And even then, there's still no definitive link from the exit node back to the guard (entry) node/relay. And, if you're actually trying to be anonymous from 3 letter agencies, you wouldn't be messing with the clearnet (and therefore exit nodes) through Tor to begin with. You'd probably be sticking to Tor hidden services.

All traffic over I2P is encrypted unless you use an outproxy (which isn't as common as a Tor exit node is), so no. Most, if not all I2P torrenting traffic never touches an outproxy, just like Tor hidden services (.onion sites and whatnot) never touch an exit node.

Hosting a Tor relay is fine even, as you are still just passing encrypted data around. It's running an exit node that can get you into some sketchy waters with your ISP/law enforcement.

Yeah I seed some printable firearms files torrents over I2P, and seed other stuff I find on tracker2.postman.i2p
