This sucks! :D

11 pumpkins printed! The bodies and stems are printed separately and glued together. (I'm not rich enough to have a multi material machine.) gonna give em out at the office.

King Arthur AP 75% and bread 25%. Also has 100g oats.

82% hydration (only counting flours)

I actually don't like the Dutch oven boule, it's not uniform slice size, lol.

This week's sourdough loaf. Still baking every weekend. Still delicious.

Dice holder for kiddo. Stl https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2573080

Peach wine. 5 lbs of peaches made about half a gallon. Tons of sediment. Lessons learned - doesn't need extra acid. Could use some more tannin and some back sweetening.

Nope. Instead treated it a giant batch of starter. Made 6 loaves.

Was having clogging issues so I thought I'd replace and get the mythically good capricorn tubes. This is a good sign that I needed to.

Chocolate hazelnut porter, first tasting. Good porter. Medium chocolate flavor. No hazelnut. Sigh. Needs more nut extract. Not much head or carb.

Got enough chromium in my diet, thanks!

Did a double batch of starter bc I want to bake 2 loaves. Breadimus Prime tried to make an escape!

Just starting this book and my hot sauce journey. Anyone tried this book? Any good or bad recipes?

Literally yes. Lol

Mild tang. Good bready flavor. Mostly made into toast for butter and jam.

This has happened 3 times.

I load the app. I switch from my main account to this one. I wait a few seconds for it to load. I go to the bready community. It shows the all feed but it says bready at the top. I try to post, it's as if I'm posting from all, not bready, and asks me to pick a community. It doesn't do this with homebrewing or 3d printing.

Also, my mug works as a grain scoop nicely. https://files.catbox.moe/sdesos.jpg

It was soupy indeed. Did not rise hardly at all.

Make the recipe 10% or 20% more. It fit a 8x8 but not well.

Try AP flour instead of bread. It was good, but I'm just curious.

Try the whole egg in the dough instead of just yolk. I don't know much about why sometimes yolk alone or not.

Crumble topping maybe. The cream cheese is good, but I like crumble stuff better usually.

Cut back on the lemon. It's really strong. I didn't measure it well, just put a dash in, but it was a lot. The blueberry was second place and I'd like to taste it more.

Yes. Blend them into a puree, use same amount as blueberries. Probably blanch the skins off.

There's a cereal bowl on the left if that helps.

Depends on how dense the board is. Infill is a choice when printing, so more plastic means more cost. I get my filament from $10 to $20 kg. Depends on sales and colors and such. These prints cost me $2 ish.
