I am still active in some private irc servers. The communities haven't changed much since the golden era of irc.
There's no issue, really. I am just wondering why there seems to be a tendency across piracy community towards ethics, which is just offtopic to me. You're not in a court, and no one cares about your justification.
Stop pretending you don't know what I am referring to. I am talking about online piracy, which is "the practice of downloading and distributing copyrighted works digitally without permission".

Copying files is not necessarily piracy.
Couldn't have phrased it better. Do people really care about ethics when pirating content ?
