Other than the UK I guess, and the business vans are usually sold as manual too.
It's because only the rich in Europe buy new cars, buying a new car is a very rare thing.
In addition to that BMW and Mercedes are known as luxury brands and by far not common in Europe.
Contributing to a discussion of a specific subject is different from being relevant to a generic thing.
Getting these people help makes sense from a capitalist perspective too, help them and they can work again and probably do a full life of that. It really isn't anti-capitalist.
They're quite obviously talking about the other guy where no country is specifically specified, and you're just rude for no reason.
In pretty much every country other than the US they do, these images are always very strange because they're so focused on the US.
I'm sure there's some way to monitor that using ADB or another tool, but at that point you're wasting so so much time that you should just get an open source trusted app.
The thread isn't even that bad, it's the upvotes that're sad.
