hasn't Roglic been in altitude training lately? His natural characteristics may suit well for this kind of races with very few seconds in between riders.

I wish Bernal is recovered from injury and had been training and building form.

yes, Ayuso has said this year he has taken «two steps» in training (focused on Giro) and feels confident on himself.

contrary to LEC who after the race said those changes where positive and felt he could push (listened in interview)

yes, I hope Pedersen has a chance and wins. Will weather benefit him? I think so.

All in all I hope there's no injuries, but it will be hard in such conditions and full speed regardless of weather.

UAE train for the last 40km to give Tadej the chance of getting 10" at the top of the Poggio.

Maybe Mohoric has rain danced XD

I would love to see Mads Pedersen win. Such a good rider and always ready for a fight. I don't give MVDP such a favourite status as innerring. Yes, such a rider, but I can see Pidcock, Tadej on par in the hills and Pedersen et al. for the sprint. «Boring and longer than needed» race but what a thrill!

Those final 40km are scary watching them at full speed fighting for position and then boom uphill. UAE will make it even harder (I presume) so Tadej would benefit and go solo in the Poggio. Will he make it? Lets see!

Philipsen has travel to race, after last year's victory I think it gives hope to many other riders that know they can not follow Tadej (et al.) on Poggio but it is tactically opened.

it seems almost imposible being just a few seconds ahead for so long! Kudos to Theuns and lidl/trek but all them worked like hell behind (q365,...). I don't fully understand uno-x's plan in the peloton though.

Congrats to all riders in the breakaway and nice to watch

this is another consecuence of (lack) of environmental care of new USA administration

I take it as a fact automotive industry see this as a new oportunity to keep profiting from an old technology. Not a political commentary, just stating the facts, and FIA president lobbying for their root family interests in the matter. The wind of change.

well, 55km to go: one single group ahead (strong riders) but Q365 full team working in the peloton @ 45".

Not sure they will get them, I'll watch at night! Bye now!

IDK if it's allowed to post links here, sure enough you can search «tiz cycling» tho 😄

I'm not in the USA so little help from me, excuse me. We have max/discovery here in europe and public tv broadcast many races too

groups 1 and 2 will join, commentators presume and nobody would be interested in the hunt from peloton (smaller teams)

I'm not sure about it tho, jayco and q365 are working hard
