Try element picker of ublock origin. It worked for me.

rsync/ rclone just works! Have not tried rsync with cloud yet, I use rclone for encrypted backups. Most cloud services are supported including google drive.
ublock origin: for ads and 3rd party blocking (noscript no longer needed)
multi container: to isolate some sites like google has it's own container for gmail stuff
