Hope this happens, one of the most gross roads in the city imho

Similar risks I would say. The UK by and large chose "the sensible option" in the last general election. The equivalent of Harris/dems, or the "anti chaos" option.

Reelecting Trump vs reelecting the Tories is a fair comparison, especially as the Tories are moving further and further right wing.

In summary the labour party have about 3 years to make some noticeable impact to people's lives in the UK, but all that against the backdrop of huge financial issues incurred during the past decade or so, increasing war and conflict and now the Trump presidency.

There very well maybe people who will follow the conservative party on their way further right. The UK already had it's brexit moment and has not really learned from it fully.

There's just logically no way this is true I'm sorry

I can absolutely see them promoting either Lawson or Tsunoda, and sticking Colapinto in the space that leaves. Tbh I hope this happens as it will be a shame to lose Colapinto from the grid

Jolyon Palmer described him as a career killer on the official f1 podcast. Basically underrated and therefore out performs in the crap teams he is in. IF Audi get their 26 design right, that podium should finally come!

I wondered whether Franco would get the drive. I don't think you can argue that Alex has been totally outmatching him so it kind of makes sense, but then Franco doesn't have as much experience of interlagos (I may be mistaken on that).

Just occurred to me, we have a red bull driver at Williams and a Williams driver potentially in the frame for an RB seat! Strange

Let's see YOUR home screen setup!

What I find quite interesting is that sync is obviously very feature rich, it's why it was many people's preferred client.

I just downloaded a few of the others and here's a few things:

  • you can set different sort methods based on view. This feels important at the moment when communities are smaller. I have my subs set to New but Instance and All to something else
  • feed view customisations are super deep. Nice to have obviously but this is where all the inherited value from the old reddit app is
  • gesture navigation still feels better than all others but I might be biased because I'm used to it

However, it's undeniable that there are still some basic things it doesn't handle perfectly. At the moment the perks outweigh the missing bits for me, BUT I found the pricing at launch to be optimistic at best, so like another commenter, I'm using the free version and blocking ads via Blokada and I'm happy enough

It would be great if it did everything perfectly I agree but that's true for all the apps rn

When planning a session, I like to jot down a few key events that will need rolls that are likely to come up. In call of cthulhu or delta green this will be sanity check roll events as I want to make sure these actually happen!

But regardless of the system, for one shots I definitely plan 'beats' as it's annoying to run out of time to conclude whatever's going on.

I try to keep NPC details light so they're adaptable. The important stuff is stats and skills, the rest you can improvise

I use trello for this

The jail sentences handed out today seem completely insane to me, not least considering the overcrowding of jails that's been reported. Even if they had tons of space it seems like madness.

I can well understand people's reservations about JSO's general tactics but at the same time, what alternative is offered by their detractors?

Personally I don't feel as though Labour or the Democrats stateside are doing, or planning on doing, anything close to enough to tackle our impact on the climate.

What do you think?

Please let me know in non spoiler mode, isn't this game made by Brits? I'm literally going through the foot tunnel to the north side and thinking "the den is thataway" (west)

I just found this out today by cycling it. You can now shoot straight through the section at Surrey Quays/Southwark Park making this route extremely quick and largely safe.

I don't like the crossover at Surrey Quays station OR that weird side road dip just before the McDonalds but all things considered this is a great route.

Apologies if this is off topic, I CBA to make London cycling

Just announced is a re-up of Bundle of Holding's Shadow of the Demon Lord pack!

Their second season of Impossible Landscapes just started, the previous season was some of the best content they have ever put out

There is no glass cannon on Lemmy yet I don't think

I wasn't ready for Haunted City to start back up again but I'm so happy it has. The cast have lost nothing in the break and I really want to see Josephine and Ross' film!
