I believe it is per kg of body mass not the weight of the phone.

Tipping 'nudges' are now popping up on DoorDash. If you don't leave a gratuity, you'll hear about it. in c/technology@lemmy.world

The expectation though in Australia is that the employer (Uber etc) is paying fair compensation for the services provided so a tip is not necessary.
