Yes I have a thinclient attached to my TV running linux mint
I use eternity chase its Foss and easily available in the fdroid store
WiFi and Bluetooth yeah, if you run Linux mint setting up the proprietary drivers us literally like 2 buttons in the drivers menu
I have never had an issue on Linux mint that was not me fucking with the comabd line doing things it warned me I should not, or that wasn't outright a hardware failure
I go to the software center, search chromuim, click install. Its that easy for Linux mint users
As an avid lover of the original oddaey g9 idobt want that shit I will stick with my dumb monitors

So I legit rub in to no issues on my 3 monitor setup on Linux what issues do you run into out of curiosity.

You don't have to sync it to their cloud you can sync it to your own actually. I use my bextcloud server to sync it and they have other options like WebDAV as well
Edit to add: they also let you self host the server they designed as well
