Spotify has failed to update to the latest api for this feature to work.

The new open ecosystem of extensions on Firefox for Android launched in December with just over 400 extensions. Less than five months later we’ve surpassed 1,000 Firefox for Android extensions. That’s an impressive achievement by this developer community! It’s exciting to see so many developers embrace the opportunity to explore new creative possibilities for mobile browser customization.

What are some of your favorite new Firefox for Android extensions?

I kind of solved that with favorites. For albums I favorite them like I said previously to bookmark them to see all of the ones I care about most front and center.

The favorites for songs though, I use for the use case you described above. Every song I favorite gets added into a playlist using Navidrome’s “smart playlist” feature automatically.

Don’t get me wrong I use playlists ritually, but for an easy “brain off” playlist with every single song I clicked the heart on automatically, it can’t be beaten for ease of use.

I definitely use favorites. I’ve never really cared enough for the rating system. I almost use the favorites button as a bookmark for albums and songs I don’t want to lose in the collection.

I might go that direction too. It seems far more mature. Last I checked komga didn't have ebook support which was a must, but it seems that's changed recently.

I haven't really needed them much, but I've had good experience with imgbb.com

None that I'm aware of. I don't even believe you can get it on the phone (through modified app).

This will vary drastically from person to person:

  • Morning: Upbeat faster music
  • Midday: Music that doesn't demand too much attention
  • Evening: Slower, softer, relaxing music

I totally agree. It doesn’t make any sense at this price. I just wanted to share it, and see what other people thought about it.

Think of it as different home screen. I personally like it, because the original home screen was slow and bloated with things I didn't care about. I just want it to launch Plex, YouTube, Jellyfin, etc.

That sucks, I'm mostly a desktop user, so that's unfortunate to know.

Yep, I think the last sentence was a sneak preview of the new voice. Although, that was explicitly communicated.

Yeah, I just post things that I find and like, or find interesting. Lol I only have a few internal rules, like:

  • No political BS (let's just chill and hangout)
  • Nothing inflammatory, or targeted (unless it messes with right to repair, or tech privacy)
  • Nothing hyper localized (like a city)

Everything else that's interesting is on the table!

Something worth mentioning is that android auto will not work for graphene. I was so on board until that. It’s understandable why that’s the case though.
