Hello! Questions:

  • How can you prove that you are not a scam like others who have tried to compete with RetoSwap?

  • Will you support I2P?

  • RetoSwap vs DawnSwap?

Attack on Monero (www.reddit.com)

UPDATE:

qubic re-added with reported 600MH/s

According to Qubic's own website, it's hashrate is fluctuating wildly. Right now at [300MH/s and showing as 0MH/s on MPS

Now showing 0H/s lol - last block found 30 mins ago. False alarm.

Is this a bug? When I logged in it appeared that Qubic had 20GHz, but the account that made this post is a Qubic shill.

Hi guys! Good morning/afternoon/evening!

I believe that Monero needs I2P to become more immutable and private (Tor is good, but not perfect, Sam Bent has shown that the Tor browser has problems and very suspicious developers, and we hope that the Tor network does not suffer from this, but we must always take precaution, especially that Tor depends on government funding, this can be a problem for many), my ideas are to put the most critical infrastructure on I2P, this infrastructure is:

  • getmonero.org

https://x.com/monero

  • Haveno-Reto / RetoSwap.com

https://x.com/HavenoDEX/

https://x.com/RetoSwap

https://simplex.chat/contact/#%2F%3Fv=2-7&smp=smp%3A%2F%2Fhpq7_4gGJiilmz5Rf-CswuU5kZGkm_zOIooSw6yALRg%3D%40smp5.simplex.im%2F2KNui9H8xxaPTuHAsQzJlfLmz_SOMsFk%23%2F%3Fv%3D1-3%26dh%3DMCowBQYDK2VuAyEA8BPETTg3ooyvQ1LiMGeCFbh2MeK9NyubT6NLE8EJzyA%253D%26srv%3Djjbyvoemxysm7qxap7m5d5m35jzv5qq6gnlv7s4rsn7tdwwmuqciwpid.onion&data=%7B%22type%22%3A%22group%22%2C%22groupLinkId%22%3A%22wNDKKQR3EW8Y045FsVofSg%3D%3D%22%7D

  • monero.com Wallet (and CupCake cold wallet), Stack Wallet, Monerujo (and SideKick cold wallet)

https://x.com/stack_wallet

support@cakewallet.com

https://www.instagram.com/cakewallet/

https://twitter.com/MoneroCom

mailto:help@monerujo.io

https://x.com/monerujowallet

  • Sync Monero Blockchain via I2P

  • marketplaces like XMRbaazar and NeroShop (NeroShop seems to solve this by working through I2P, I recommend we support NEROSHOP in addition to XMRbaazar)

https://github.com/layters/testshop

https://x.com/xmrbazaar

https://matrix.to/#/#xmr-bazaar:monero.social

contact@xmrbazaar.com

So what can we do?

What we can do:

  • go on X (formerly Twitter) and other project social networks (and contact via e-mail and SimpleX), Monero Wallets and Haveno-Reto/RetoSwap.com and spread this to more Monero-based projects.

Example message:

"Hello! Me and the Monero community would like to support the implementation of I2P to the ecosystem, to make the ecosystem even more robust and resistant to nation-state attacks, and since insert project name is part of the ecosystem, we want it to have greater implementation of I2P, this will be seen with great encouragement by the community, so if you want to help DISCENTRALIZED, FUNGIBLE MONEY AND TRANSFORM FINANCIAL FREEDOM, then use I2P as a way for us to increase the resilience of the Monero network."

I hope to see getmonero.org on I2P soon ;)

A few more things I'd like to see on getmonero.org:

Thanks to read!

Grease in based in MoNet, complexity probally is the only privacy compensation, the use case is turn Monero possible to have million TPS (see this post on Reddit).

Grease: a Monero L2 (monero.town)
submitted 1 month ago* (last edited 1 month ago) by XMRbutterfly@monero.town to c/monero@monero.town

Hi guys! Good morning/afternoon/evening! I'd like to introduce you to Grease, an L2 for Monero that's currently in development. Anyone who wants to help would do well to do so, it's good to support new community projects (of course, always check, and Grease is open-source).

Hello everyone! Good morning/afternoon/evening!

Are you tired of CloudFlare maintaining a kind of monopoly over the Internet? With CF watching your passwords, connections and data to supposedly protect websites from DDOS attacks?

Well, here is ArWeb, created by SimplifiedPrivacy, Arweave is the solution to decentralize the Internet and make all sites censorship-resistant, so no more CF and centralized CDNs, Arweave is the perfect solution against DDOS attacks.

  • What is ArWeb looking for? -> ArWeb wants to be able to make it easier to put your site on Arweave, making updates and links easy.

  • But can't ArWeb simply censor by being an intermediary? -> ArWeb uploads directly from your machine to the Arweave blockchain, i.e. without intermediaries and terms of service.

  • Which locations are covered? -> the whole world.

  • Where can I plug in ArWeb? -> Anywhere, in your app, podcast, RSS channel and anywhere else, WITHOUT LIMITS.

Benefits: A) Own your Domain Name & Content B) Take Control of Your Means of Expression C) Reject Woke Big Tech D) Save Money. No Monthly Fees E) Leave a Legacy for Future Generations F) Be Remembered after you Die G) Get Purpose.. Be Part of Meaningful Change.

Use-Cases: Blogs/ArticlesPodcastsVideosArtwork PortfoliosPhoto albums (Save Your Memories/Time capsule).

Disclaimer: I'm not being sponsored or receiving any money for this, I'm doing it because I think ArWeb will be EXTREMELY useful for the Monero community, we have to get rid of CloudFlare.

From Reddit post I found some useful information that I'd like to share:

Hi guys! Good morning/afternoon/evening! Well, the title already explains everything, we need more TRULY decentralized marketplaces for Monero, I really feel that if we depend on XMRBaazar we're in big trouble... Some I can mention:

  • The site is not Decentralized and can be blocked/closed;
  • We don't have .onion and .i2p (which should be ESSENTIAL). (There are probably more, but I forgot).

My idea is that it is possible to create an open-source marketplace protocol that works together with Monero and anonymity networks (such as TOR, I2P and others, take a look at particl, as we can use it as an example), we have to make sure that Monero can ALWAYS be used regardless of what happens (and preserving the privacy and anonymity of EVERYONE), that's why I'm making this post as a place where the community can discuss this, I hope we have good results, because Monero is not just code, it's YOU (and me) who want a future where everyone can sell and buy what they want without discrimination and tracking, Monero is fundamental for us to have a future with freedom and with Anonymity and privacy of our information.

Long live Monero and all our amazing community full of great researchers to ordinary civilians who want their finances to be private.

Why you don't make this? See in CCS to have funding for the creation (and turn this Open-source with code in Codeberg and without Cloudflare and JS).

This would only make the blockchain more resistant, 51% attacks practically impossible, Firo for example has implemented this, what would be the disadvantage?

Hi guys! I have a question, which of these three protocols would be the best? Comparing the set of anonymity, quantum protection, protections in general, advantages and disadvantages, complexity of the code and how audited they are/will be by their communities, and final notes + summary.

Protocols: FCMP++, ZK-SNARKs (Halo2) and ZK-STARKs.

Thank you very much! Have a great day/afternoon/evening.

Hello! I still need to see a lot of things regarding the funding, mainly for the reason that a friend will help me with it, I've been in the community for a long time, so it will take some time, and I would like more people to participate to help, that's the main reason why I want support from the community, but you can ask me all the questions! I'll answer them as much as possible (related to that, of course).
