Wow, that's faster than I thought. One hour to prep gives a few hours of heat. If you're making your own bread dough, you're probably waiting for the final rise while you stoke the oven.

Thanks for the info. I've heard they take a while to heat up. How much time do you need to fire it up and preheat prior to baking the bread?
Stunning. Just curious, where is this?
Nope. It all goes to their overpaid executives. Somebody has to pay for their private jets and multiple residences on Kauai.
I'm so jealous of that outdoor wood-fired oven. I have some homemade sourdough pizzas that would be marvelous baked in that beauty.
Kinglets are super cute bouncing around the bushes and have quite a loud song for their size. I was happy to be able to save this one and see it up close. Never would have been able to catch a close-up otherwise.
No, not the Joshua trees, I'll never survive! /s Love you too, fellow Lemming.
Go Lemmy. I'm actually okay with how it is now. Lemmy feels like an exclusive club where the members are more inviting and accepting than Reddit ever was.
Cute little tuxedo
This is the second one to show up (see my previous post). The deer got the first one and have now ate it down to the ground.
It smells like sweet almonds.
I agree, I will do a more detailed identification before cooking it up for the family. They call these "The Prince" around here.
