Wikimedia has a similar head count as far as I know, and the CEO is paid significantly less, which is what we were talking about. Mozilla is in a really bad position right now, so that's why people bring this up.

I don't know what she does day to day, but Firefox usage is going down the toilet and the rest of Mozilla seems mismanaged. Maybe decreasing her salary and hiring some more engineers might help. Right now Google seems to be keeping Mozilla alive to prove that they supposedly aren't a monopoly. Now she did join after the user trend was already plummeting, but idk $3+ mil is a lot of money to not turn the ship around.

It would just be nice to have an actual chromium competitor.

Idk they could also pay the CEO less money too.

Plans are to activate it by U qpr2.

Pixel 8 series will apparently support dp alt mode after all these years. Thanks Google for the bare minimum again.

Oh shit I have the same symptoms. Fuck.

What happens then if you drop your hearing aids on the subway and plop them back in your ear?

After the response to his forum post the other day? Not a chance. Probably Yvonne or someone else in HR wrote it.

We reached out to Sebastian about these latest accusations, and he responded via email, saying:

I was in a state of shock reading through these allegations, plain and simple. They aren’t consistent with my recollections. They aren’t consistent with our internal processes. They aren’t consistent with our company values.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a safe and inclusive environment. In addition to our existing report systems (both anonymous and otherwise) we’ve proactively reached out internally today to encourage members of our team to report any workplace bullying or harassment they might be experiencing so we can take quick and decisive action.

Our HR team will be conducting a more thorough assessment of the allegations, and when we are ready, we will release a more complete statement. For now I would ask that we allow our team the time they need be as thorough as possible.

This isn't true. The bootloader and boot process will be the same. This link is about the bundled Chrome (which is also what houses the entire UI/UX for the OS) becoming deprecated as the main browser for the standard Linux flavor one running through the wayland bridge of Crostini.
