I think the sleep power consumption is a problem with every laptop when you install Linux. I had the same problem with my Acer (11th gen i7), and I had to set some grub configs to make the laptop go to [deep] sleep (sleep to ram), rather than [s2idle] (which just locks the computer).

With deep sleep set up, my laptop barely consumes charge when sleeping.
