Good point, it looks like a pain going through the NHS to get a diagnosis anyway so I will just keep on going as I am now

Having discussed this IRL I have found there to be much disagreement in this area, what are your thoughts?

Clarification: This is a hypothetical so imagine it is one pill (or your preffered method of taking a medication) with no side effects.

That would be absoloutley ideal for me, there is not much worse than when people get annoyed I dont do the small talk before getting to the main point
