Forge is a very nice Magic the Gathering implementation. It has (almost?) all cards ever and it's single player. There is an APK, but also a desktop version.

Not a fan of banning sites. This establishes infrastructure, which a future fascist regime could use for their purposes. Better to strengthen local alternatives and let it happen by itself.

The one on the right seems to be from Munich, it has the color scheme and the cities' coat of arms on the side.
