Yeah there is a problem with public urination in London, probably related to the lack of public toilets (and the stupid closing times of those that remain). I don't really notice the smell in most places though, London has a strong city smell anyway.

It was never a priority when a lot of these stations were built, and retro fitting toilets underground will be an expensive project.
Living in Kent them not stopping at Ashford sucks, have to go all the way into London to back track on yourself.
Do we really want to be supporting foreign owned companies that treat their employees like they did?

These private financing schemes seem to always be so much more expensive than funding this through traditional finance streams.
