I’ll put it up after the first.

Did I say he wasn’t a Nazi? Weird, I just re-read my post and I don’t see that there.

I think the implication that he was a full participant as Chief of [General] Staff when it was purely in an acting role for two whole weeks after a resignation and possibly was also involved in an assassination attempt on Hitler’s life remove important context from the full view of history especially at a time where Russian Propagandists would love for nothing more to smear NATO to further their own ends as they invade a sovereign nation.

But you do you.

Yep, and it got disappeared after the comments shredded the post as so misleading as to be meaningless.

I’m finishing up Spinning Silver by Naomi Novik today and will start Kill the Farm Boy by Kevin Herne and Delilah S. Dawson. It’s the last item for my r/Fantasy BINGO card I started last year and due before April 1st.

I’m in this and I don’t like it. Reported.

Yes it’s YA, but it’s fantastic Sci-Fi.

Based on his other two series, I’d contend that while Dresden is a creep at times, Butcher himself doesn’t seem to be one.

Yeah… it’s taken on a certain meaning since it was published. I’ll warn you that the first 2.5 books are the weakest of the set, not bad; just immature writing. (The reasons make sense if you know the story behind them being written).

Jim Butcher has stated that Dead Beat was written as a reintroduction for new readers to coincide with the debut of the TV series. That way new people could try a book in the series that was more representative of his writing. It is still one of my current favorite series though.

Arctic was the first iOS app to get mod features, voyager wasn’t far behind though.

It’s my backup app. I wish it had a markdown editor, though.
