This particular plant is making premium SUVs and pickups, by the sound of it, so already luxury vehicles. It's not like they're making economy cars.

Not with a US carrier group loitering with intent in the area they won't.

Once again, most of your fuel, especially at speed, goes towards overcoming aerodynamic drag. A heavy vehicle with good health aerodynamics will get better efficiency than a light one with poor aerodynamics.

Thin skinned bunch, aren't they?

Probably don't have many ATVs either.

You were talking about weight.

I have driven a van with a cargo barrier, it was rated for 90KG. Do you know how heavy an ATV is? More than that.

The lashing points would also tear out in a big enough impact.

You're talking shit.

Automatic transmissions have shit torque out of the box

Absolute nonsense, the torque converter multiplies torque at low speed, so an automatic with the same gear ratios as a manual will have far more pulling power than a manual.

And a trans cooler is standard on pretty much any automatic vehicle.

I'm gobsmacked you haven't been downvoted into the dirt for that remark.

The Prius isn't a particularly small car though.

What about the back seat, with your lanky ass sitting up front?
