Why? Tesla did what was beneficial for them, the other car manufacturers did the same for them. Now EVs are here to stay, they can't backtrack and Tesla seems like they were shitty in their own way like outright lying about the range and suppressing complaints. That doesn't mean that the other companies are the good guys, the subscription seat warmers are fucking idiotic but that doesn't make Tesla good either.

This is an incredibly astute point. Haven't thought about it like that.

My understanding is that USB-C as a standard is pretty all over the place. Some can fast charge etc. So my guess is that Apple will come up with some superduper performance USB-C or they'll at least present it as such. And why not sooner? Because they were in the lab perfecting it.

I wonder how this will affect Disney's production. There's a chance it might even improve the final product as they can't just willynilly change things anymore and presumably VFX being more expensive forces them to plan things out better.

Well thanks for acknowledging the actual point I was making instead of diving into pedantry (that you accused that person doing themselves).

Well no, he actually is the public face for a few companies. He's not just a rich dude.

But yeah the current coverage is teetering on celebrity gossip but then again his public antics can influence a bunch of companies.

If a person complaints about ~~noice~~ noise are you going to tell them to make more ~~noice~~ noise? Makes no sense.

Yeah this isn't news.

reflecting the billionaire’s life-long obsession with the letter, which is a very normal thing for an adult man to have

Loving this.

If you just take a second to think, there's nothing to be surprised about. They think Trump is David and "the system" (whatever it is, Joe Biden and pizzagate) is Goliath.

If say Bernie Sanders also broke the law but in his supporters' minds was morally right, they wouldn't abandon him.

And I'm not saying Trump isn't a piece of shit, he clearly is. But his supporters are brainwashed to a degree that you could describe as terminal so they obviously think he's right and there even isn't a moral quandary nor double standard in their train of thought.

So I'm not a Barilla diehard, not even close, but there are definitely worse cheap pastas, not necessarily all of them but some are. If someone's in doubt just check the ingredient list on the packages.
