Yessss. Hab bei uns auch alle dazu bekommen! Muss nur noch mit den Schwiegerleuten und paar wenigen Freunden noch auf Wotzäpp schreiben 😍

Wo gehobelt wir da fallen Späne! Beschwert sich ja auch keiner das in der Werkstatt mal laut seien kann. Das interessiert da keinen!

Nur nervig sind die kompletten Vollassis, die ihre Bremspuren nicht aus dem Porzellan kriegen. Wenn die wischen wie sie die Schüssel putzen, dann heilige Klabusterbeere...

 

I have about 50l I pulled off the yeast into the final batch. My cellar only goes down to 18/19 degrees C so I fill some bottles for the refrigerator and I clears up so nicely.

Has the perfect red currant aroma, a bit sour at first but the very very fruity and full. I love it.

At about 10% alcohol, it got quite high. But mixed as a Spritz or on ice it's such a refreshing summer drink for this heat!

Looks awesome. What I like most about home brew is the ingredients. U mostly need sugar, some fruit and water, maybe yeast. (And some other secondary stuff)

But it's pretty basic and yields such phenomenal results. Maybe I love cider and beer too much...

15kg if berries I had in the freezer from last year. Set up 1.5 weeks ago. Now sitting 8% alcohol! I'll press it this weekend. Am so excited!
