Turn on the filter for email about IMAP and you'll have all your options. You'll have to look up whether they allow custom domains though.

Just encrypt your files before you upload them. Either with rclone, cryptomator or with a basic .7z locked zipfolder.

Belgische Croky of de huismerken zijn prima alternatieven. Lays chips zijn wat mij betreft veel te zoet.
