Very good.

Sure, and that's the sort of protection I think should be practically non-existent.
Oval trashcans. This was a forewarning!
Are you sure you want every single thing you do on one device to be shared and saved on another?
Yes.
it’s a matter of having control over where your information is stored and accessible
That's why I self-host a personal cloud on an encrypted device with VPN access only.
no way in fucking hell I’d want my personal phone to be linked to my WORK iPad.
That's why I sandbox my personal and organization profiles. If I had a dedicated work device, none of my personal accounts would be connected anyways.
we don’t plan on stopping being this gross.
Love. Gross.
I spend 90 minutes online before I even get out of the bed.
As an anti-capitalist I think the protection of any company should be global but also that their rights to protection should be practically non-existent.
It depends on the laws in the country where they're produced and who are importing them to the dystopian country of Italy.
Most likely it is legal/greyzone where it was produced and was purchased online or sent per agreement as review/sponsored consoles so it's easy to argue the YouTuber have imported illegal goods...
Ignorance is bliss.
it still seems problematic to me that the people (not you specifically) change the way they speak to suit an algorithm and not the other way around.
Well I actively hacked at the X-Twitter shadowban algo to prove censorship to the point where my account was not only shadowbanned but shadowblocked. Can't even log in to delete my account anymore. But I suppose that's the opposite of what you're describing.
many people are perfectly alright with using “unalive” and “delete” instead of “kill” or “die” but can’t bring themselves to use trans inclusive language
There's an important difference, censorship forces people to adhere to synthetic rules. It's harder to force people to be inclusive or nice.
