Yes and yes. Carlo has shown he is effective no matter what players you sign for him. He is not a stickler for a system and he is not stubborn about signings. That makes it great for Real and Flo. Also he has become better at using la Fábrica.

Valencia is trying to ignore reality. That image is of an event that happened. Just learn from it, fight racism and move on.
