Some of the very best game sessions I've ever had were ones that didn't use any map whatsoever. It's nice to have visual aids, of course, but I don't think it's always an absolute must-have.

There is always hope. It just depends on how much effort you personally are willing to put in to help change the things you're seeing. There are several movements (50501 and Indivisible are two that immediately spring to mind) with millions of members that are currently fighting to change things. Get involved.

Or what kind of boss she has. When I see stuff like that, I always make sure to tip well.

One of my faves from childhood. I still love corny old fantasy movies to this day. :D

I think it can be done ethically to the extent that the children are presented with the faith of their parents, but when they reach an age of maturity (which will be different for each child), they will be free to pursue their own faith practices.

I believe that the more wealth a person has, the more likely it is that they abused and harmed others to achieve that wealth. Therefore, the more wealthy a person is, the less I trust and respect them.

For decades, I have refused to use my middle name in conversation, documents and virtually everything else because it is my birth-father's first name. There have been a handful of times where I had to use it on a legal document, but beyond that I've had no hassles or had to jump through any hoops.

That's what I was going to say - a LOT more back issues. Chiropractors would be overjoyed.

I want to use this for work, and it needs to have the following features:

  1. It should be light on resources without a lot of bloat.
  2. A calendar view where I can set tasks and repeatable reminders.
  3. Reminders should pop up on my screen with an audible alarm.
  4. It would be really nice if it sat in my system tray with a nice icon.
